Project brief:
Phase 1 lead in works to open up front of house including relocation of the box office, forming new display space & service area followed by complete refurbishment of two bar & lounge spaces. New terrazzo marble flooring throughout including upgrading existing M & E installations along with decorations & in-house joinery.
